She found the falls first. Three of them, cascading off the volcanic cliffs of East Africa's most overlooked mountain. Then she found the coffee. Grown at up to 2,500 meters on those same slopes — rare Bourbon varieties, SL14, SL28, and Blue Mountain — by farmers who've been tending this land quietly, without fanfare, for generations.
