Refund Policy

At Beardo's Brews, every item is made to order just for you — which means we don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. We know, we know. But that's the magic of print-on-demand.

That said, we've got your back if something goes wrong.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or just plain wrong, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at ummbeardo@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a full refund.

Coffee & Tea: Due to the nature of consumable products, we cannot accept returns on coffee or tea orders. If there's a quality issue, reach out and we'll sort it out.

Refunds: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EU Customers: If you're ordering from the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
