Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship throughout the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after your order ships.

International Shipping We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination and are typically longer than domestic orders. Please note that international shipping rates — particularly to Europe — are higher and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us at ummbeardo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
