Ready to bring fresh, specialty grade coffee and tea to your customers? Send us your application and we'll be in touch within 2 business days to discuss your tier and get you set up.
Program Requirements
- Must be a registered business (café, restaurant, bar, gift shop, boutique, online retailer, seasonal vendor, etc.)
- No reselling to individuals or personal use orders
Tier Overview
🥉 Bronze — 20% off retail | 1 order/month minimum
🥈 Silver — 24% off retail | $150/month minimum
🥇 Gold — 28% off retail | $300/month OR 1 order/week
💎 Diamond — 32% off retail | Automatic standing weekly orders of $100+. Set it and forget it — changes take effect within 1–2 weekly cycles.
Seasonal vendors welcome — pause up to 6 months and return at your same tier. Three orders across your active season keeps you fully compliant.
How to Apply
Email your application to ummbeardo@gmail.com with the subject line "Wholesale Application" and include the following:
- Business name and address
- Type of business (café, gift shop, seasonal vendor, etc.)
- Contact name and email
- Business website or social media (optional but helpful)
- Estimated monthly order volume
- Are you a seasonal vendor? If yes, what are your active months?
- Interested in Diamond tier? Tell us your typical weekly order and how often you expect changes.
- Do you currently carry specialty coffee or tea?
- How did you hear about Beardo's Brews?
We review all applications personally. Once approved, we'll assign your tier and send your custom price list.
