Actually, it wasn't that long ago. And it wasn't far away at all. It was right here, at Beardo's Brews — where we decided that life is too short for bad coffee.
What does "the dark side" mean?
It means we're done with shelf coffee. Done with beans that sat in a warehouse for six months before landing in your cup. Done with "roasted on" dates that are more of a suggestion than a promise.
At Beardo's Brews, every bag is specialty grade and roasted to order. That means when you place your order, your coffee hasn't been roasted yet. It's roasted for you. Fresh. Bold. The way coffee was meant to be.
Why does it matter?
